Parsons are seeking a **Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) - Logistics Saudi National**to oversee temporary works design coordination, site logistics planning, and safe execution of temporary structures and access systems for a major airfield infrastructure project.

This role is essential for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant temporary works operations on a high-intensity construction site.

**What You'll Be Doing;**

- Manage and coordinate temporary works designs, approvals, inspections, and permits.
- Ensure that all temporary access roads, platforms, scaffolding, shoring, and lifting plans comply with standards.
- Maintain the Temporary Works Register and ensure all approvals are in place before use.
- Coordinate site logistics including access routes, laydown areas, traffic management, and material movement.
- Work with contractors to ensure safe and efficient logistics operations.
- Implement risk assessments, method statements, and safety permits for temporary works.
- Conduct inspections to validate compliance with engineering standards and HSE requirements.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring;**

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years**experience in temporary works coordination, logistics management, or site engineering.
- Experience with large civil, aviation, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of BS 5975 (or equivalent) temporary works procedures.
- Excellent coordination, planning, and site management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and logistics operations simultaneously.
- Certification as TWC/TWS is an advantage.
- Experience with airport airside logistics.
- Knowledge of digital permits and site logistics planning tools.
