Taif, Heddah, Riyadh, Qussim, Abha, Al Hassa, Madinah** You will be responsible for delivering non accredited food safety audits for the Retail & Hospitality Team. This is for specific audits covering Fast Food Outlets as required by our client in Saudi Arabia You will deliver high quality assessments/audits and inspections that meet the needs of customers’ specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner. Through providing effective support you will be responsible for: - Providing your monthly availability for the proposed work. - Plan and manage the work given within the timescales agreed with the client. - To complete environmental audits, which will include food safety but can also include health & safety and fire safety audits, in accordance with legal and client driven requirements in line with specific country codes. - To complete audit reports immediately after audit and to submit on the day of the audit. - Ensure any errors on the reports are corrected and updated when requested within 12 hours of the request. - To keep your Line Manager or Lead Auditor appraised of client requests during audits. - Allow Shadow and Witness Audits from the client, the line manager or senior team as required. - To maintain Continous Personal Development (CPD) and take on additional training as required when new clients are onboarded. - Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with equipment and software used in the business and provide your own laptop or tablet for this work. **This is not an employed position but that of "Self-Employed Contractor ".** **You will need to have audit experience in Food Safety or Health & Safety.** **You will need a minimum qualification of Level 4 in Food Safety / HACCP** **You will need a minimum qualification of Level 4 in Health & Safety.
