We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Sales Executive** responsible for looking after Electronic Component requirements in the Private MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) sector to join our team. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts, generating new business, and meeting sales targets. This role requires someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the **spare parts** sector.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing key clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve regional and company-wide goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients after sales.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events as required.
- **Responsible for looking after Electronic Component requirements in the Private MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) sector and MEP project sales.**
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a **Senior Sales Executive** or similar role with a strong sales track record (minimum 3 years).
- **Experience in selling spare parts is required.**:
- **Experience in Electronic Component sales within Private MRO and MEP project sales is required**.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A valid driving license.

يشمل الدور **إدارة وتوسيع الحسابات الرئيسية، وتوليد فرص أعمال جديدة، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات**. يتطلب هذا المنصب شخصًا يتمتع **بمهارات تفاوض واتصال استثنائية**، مع **سجل حافل في تحقيق المبيعات** وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
**المسؤوليات**:
- تحديد ومتابعة الفرص التجارية الجديدة في **قطاع قطع الغيار**.
- إدارة وتوسيع العلاقات مع العملاء الرئيسيين الحاليين.
- إعداد وتقديم عروض مبيعات مقنعة للعملاء.
- التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- مراقبة الاتجاهات السوقية وأنشطة المنافسين للبقاء في الصدارة.
- العمل عن كثب مع فريق المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف الإقليمية والشركات.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية والمتابعة مع العملاء بعد البيع.
- إعداد تقارير مبيعات دقيقة وتوقعات.
- المشاركة في المعارض التجارية والفعاليات الصناعية حسب الحاجة.
- **مسؤول عن تلبية متطلبات المكونات الإلكترونية في قطاع الصيانة والإصلاح والتشغيل (MRO) الخاص ومبيعات مشاريع الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP).**
**المتطلبات**:
- خبرة مثبتة كـ "تنفيذي مبيعات أول" أو دور مشابه مع سجل مبيعات قوي (لا يقل عن 3 سنوات).
- **خبرة في بيع قطع الغيار شرط أساسي.**:
- **يفضل الخبرة في بيع المكونات الإلكترونية ضمن قطاع الصيانة والإصلاح والتشغيل (MRO) الخاص ومبيعات مشاريع MEP.**:
- مهارات تفاوض وتقديم عروض ممتازة.
- مهارات اتصال وشخصية قوية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة وتنمية الحسابات الرئيسية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن إطار أهداف محددة وتحقيقها.
- إلمام جيد ببرامج MS Office وبرامج CRM.
- رخصة قيادة سارية.
