**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and review of engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum **8-10 years** of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of design standards, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in infrastructure, roads, bridges, or large-scale civil works.
- Knowledge of local and international engineering codes and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
