This position requires collaboration across departments to gather data and prepare comprehensive reports, including business plans and accountability documents, ensuring accurate and timely management review and approval.

- Prepare comprehensive departmental reports including business plans accountability reports and other related documents for management review and approval

- Coordinate the preparation of moderately complex reports for review and approval
- Collaborate with proponents to business units to understand business needsstandards and ensure timely and accurate data collection
- Effectively handle project execution by coordinating schedules resources and tasks managing project documentation
- Develop and maintain statistical reports to generate business insights
- Create charts graphs and organize relevant statistics to support business activities
- Help Oversee the validation process of collected data to ensure its accuracy and completeness

- Bachelor in business administration, information technology, financial management, health statistics, engineering, or closely related field is required.
