**Marketing Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing the marketing department's staff.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

**Marketing Specialist Requirements**:

- At least two years of experience Proven professional experience as a sales specialist or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and implement a sales plan and monitor progress.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques, principles, and data analysis methods.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies.
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
