Monthly Salary: Waiter **SAR 1,800++** / Senior Waiter **SAR 2,000++**

**Responsibilities (Fine Dining Waiter)**:

- Warmly greet and welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens, to confidently answer guest inquiries and offer recommendations.
- Accurately record guest orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes with grace and efficiency, adhering to proper etiquette and timing standards.
- Offer expert guidance on beverage selections, ensuring guests enjoy a well-rounded culinary experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of tables, ensuring a pleasant dining environment for guests.
- Accurately process guest payments and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Fine Dining Waiter):

- Train and guide junior waitstaff, sharing knowledge and expertise to elevate the overall service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Oversee the flow of service on the floor, ensuring seamless coordination between waitstaff and kitchen staff.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor in managing shifts, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Will be ready and available to start by October 2024
- Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)
- Fine Dining Waiter: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
- Senior Fine Dining Waiter: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, impeccable grooming and presentation, ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, beverage pairings, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼1,800.00 - ﷼2,000.00 per month
