We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Associate who will be responsible for leading and implementing the Clinical agenda in Saudi reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. We are looking for a person with strong clinical and communication Skills.

The position

Provide clinical and technical support to the internal team or partner stakeholders. This includes problem-solving, provision of technical details for tender preparation, product demonstrations, and any questions of a clinical or technical nature

Drive all clinical educational programs across the country and support various projects like establishing centers of excellence, creating and managing advisory boards, creating clinical evidence, influencing national/regional guidelines, conducting high-impact clinical programs, etc.

Working location is Riyadh but will demand frequent travel across the country and you will be required to be present F2F with the team and customers in the field. You will report to the Marketing Manager
- Saudi who is based Riyadh.

Has extraordinary skills to train, coach and develop our team on clinical knowledge.
Has solid experience managing and executing on business plans, capable of building strong partnerships, demonstrates drive and ambition to grow himself / herself as well as Coloplast Saudi with a positive and “can do” attitude
Strong belief in alignment with Coloplast Mission, Vision and Values
Passionate to make a difference and curious to learn
Strong ethical mindset
Excellent self-organization capabilities
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Rigorous and ready to stretch

**More about you**:
Subject matter expert in the area of clinical responsibility
BSc in Nursing/Medicine/pharmacy or Masters in fields related experience in the medico marketing / clinical training domain.
5+ years’ experience including 2+ years’ experience in similar role
Experience in a medico-marketing, and communications position.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with management and peers with hand on experience in working with MS office
Strong influencing and persuasive skills
