Provides functional and logístical assistance to support clinical departments’ daily operations.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Participates in Patient reception duties.
- Assists patients in understanding instructions from health care providers.
- Assists in translating Arabic/English information for health providers and healthcare recipients.
- Maintains cleanliness of the unit equipment and other areas related to patient care.
- Delivers and collects supplies and equipment to/from clinical care areas, clinical engineering, warehouse, etc. as request.
- Orders warehouse stock items and special purchase requests.
- Maintains records of supplies and equipment for inventory purposes.
- Complies requested data and statistics and generates reports.
- Assists clinical staff in routine duties as directed, including but not limited to assisting with stocking supplies, limited clerical functions and minor end-user maintenance procedures as defined for the section.
- Ensures correct procedures are followed for all aspects of safety as established in the department, including safe disposal of samples.
- Assists with orientation of new staff.
- Participates in self and other's education, training and development, as applicable.
- Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/Diploma in Clinical, Scientific, or Administrative filed, or High School Education is required.

**Experience Required**:
No experience required with Bachelor’s Degree, one (1) year of related coordination/assistance experience with Associate Degree/Diploma or three (3) years with High School Education is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Formal training in any related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical supplies including Oracle process is preferred.
- Saudi Nationals Only.
