The role is responsible for developing comprehensive strategic plans for D360, conducting in-depth analysis (financial and non-financial), and providing actionable insights to support the D360 management team. He/she will prepare and present recommendations, ensuring alignment with the CEO and the organization's objectives and industry trends. This role involves crafting clear, compelling messages and presentations that effectively convey complex strategies to various audiences, including senior management and stakeholders. **Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities as per the D360 management inputs.
- Create and design high-impact presentations, including PowerPoint decks, for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Analyze complex data sets, including financial metrics, market trends, and operational performance.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to align messaging with the company's vision and strategic goals.
- Lead critical initiatives and ensure its delivery end-to-end
- Translating complex ideas and strategies into clear, compelling content for various audiences.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Board of Directors.
- Present strategic plans, progress reports, and key findings to the Board, addressing questions and providing recommendations.
- Perform any other duties assigned to by line manager related to the nature of the work.
- Ensuring consistent and strategic communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution
**Years & Nature of Experience**
- Would have 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience where required competencies and experience has been demonstrated
- An experienced professional who can deliver on difficult technical tasks
- Has project implementation experience
- Is self-sufficient at work and could be given small project responsibility
- Has provided technical supervision to junior staff in the past
- Proven experience in strategic communication roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in creating and delivering presentations.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work closely with senior executives and understand their strategic needs.
