Master-Works is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analysis Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze business needs, refine processes, and facilitate strategic decisions that align with our clients' objectives. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that your insights translate into effective solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and articulate business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements and ensure that these are accurately communicated to the technical team.
- Participate in the design and implementation of business solutions, providing input based on analysis.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate potential solutions.
- Perform impact analysis on proposed changes to systems and processes.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on the effectiveness of solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to summarize findings and recommendations.
- Continuously monitor industry best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be Saudi.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity.
- Proven experience in business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for articulating complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with project management software and documentation tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
