**Job Title**: Design Manager - Construction Project

**Location**: Saudi Arabia

We are hiring a Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design process for our major construction project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs on time and in compliance with client requirements and Saudi regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all design activities from concept to execution.
- Review and approve design drawings, shop drawings, and submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure designs meet project specifications, Saudi building codes, and international standards.
- Monitor design progress and ensure timely delivery of documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues on site.
- Lead design reviews, value engineering, and risk assessments.
- Report regularly on design status to senior management and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing design teams on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi codes, standards, and local authority requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other design software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
