We're expanding our presence in Riyadh and seeking a Business Development Manager who's ready to drive growth, lead partnerships, and represent Storm across Saudi and regional markets.

This is a leadership-track role — ideal for a results-driven professional with the ambition and vision to grow into a Business Development Director as the agency scales.

Your Role


• Lead business development initiatives, driving new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.


• Identify growth opportunities across branding, digital, and marketing sectors.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and industry leaders.


• Prepare, review, and present tailored proposals and commercial offers.


• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Account teams to align business goals with design excellence.


• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline performance reports.


• Represent STORM at industry events, exhibitions, and pitch presentations.

What We're Looking For


• 6–10 years of experience in business development within a creative, branding, or marketing agency.


• Proven track record in securing and managing high-value accounts.


• Deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and agency operations.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.


• Strong network within the Saudi market.


• Strategic mindset, organized, and performance-driven with leadership potential.
