A leading construction and infrastructure contractor committed to delivering high-quality projects across the globe, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join their team for a key project in Saudi Arabia (remote location).

**Location**: Remote (Based in Saudi Arabia)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, considering all aspects of roads and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor and control project activities to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with all project team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues and challenges to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
- **Contract Management**:

- Utilize your extensive contracting experience to manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and disputes are resolved promptly.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- **Budget and Cost Control**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, closely monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Provide regular financial updates to the leadership team.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Generate regular progress reports, documenting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in roads and infrastructure contracting.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian regulations, standards, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
