- **Proactively address challenges to prevent project delays or budget overruns.**:

- **Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved according to the project plan.**:

- **Implement effective scheduling and resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.**:

- **Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and legal requirements.**:

- **Work closely with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.**:

- **Provide regular and transparent project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and financial summaries.**:

- **Maintain meticulous project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.**

**Minimum Requirements:
- **Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.**:

- **Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.**:

- **Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget.**:

- **Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.**:

- **Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).**:

- **Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices.**:

- **Knowledge of construction software and project management tools.
