**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure efficient operation of cable manufacturing machines and processes (such as wire drawing, bunching, extrusion, armoring, and winding).
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production schedules.
- Monitor daily output and ensure targets, quality, and delivery timelines are met.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, and Stores for smooth workflow.
- Check availability of raw materials, monitor machine performance, and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production and shift handover reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Identify process improvements and support continuous productivity enhancement.
- Train and guide operators, helpers, and new staff.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- **Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor in the Cable Manufacturing Industry (mandatory).**:

- Strong knowledge of cable manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage shift-level manpower.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.

**Working Conditions**:

- Factory floor environment with ongoing machine operations.
- Rotational shift work (morning / evening / night).
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided as per company policy.
