**Responsibilities**:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Contracts Manager to join our team based in Madinah.
We envisage success in this role to include;- Demonstrating experience and capability in a wide range of Consultant Agreements and Construction Contracts.- Managing and administering construction contracts (FIDIC or similar forms)- Leading contract negotiations, amendments, and clarifications with clients, contractors, and subcontractors- Reviewing tender documentation, contract conditions, and commercial terms- Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations and project procedures- Managing variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution processes- Providing contractual advice to the project team and senior management- Assessing and mitigate commercial and contractual risks- Coordinating with cost, legal, and project management teams- Preparing contractual correspondence, reports, and recommendations- Supporting final accounts, close-out, and handover activities- Demonstrating experience in complex projects from design through construction documents and implementation, including alternative forms of procurement.- Communicating verbally and in writing with proven attention to detail, maintaining positive client relationships and a professional firm image.- Understanding, identifying, and assessing project and contract risks.
Qualifications:
** MEGA PROJECT/ MIXED USE / PMC / HIGH RISE AND HOSPITALITY CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 20 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering and Masters in Construction Law, LLB or similar is preferred.
