**Responsibilities**:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Contracts Manager to join our team based in [ City, Country]. This position is responsible for [ One Sentence Summary ].

We envisage success in this role to include;- Demonstrating experience and capability in a wide range of Consultant Agreements and Construction Contracts.- Demonstrating experience in complex projects from design through construction documents and implementation, including alternative forms of procurement.- Communicating verbally and in writing with proven attention to detail, maintaining positive client relationships and a professional firm image.- Understanding, identifying, and assessing project and contract risks.- Preparing and managing project contracts.- Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.- Organizing, leading, and motivating people.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering and Masters in Construction Law, LLB or similar is preferred.
