**Job Title**: Procurement Engineer
**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A contracting company specialized in commercial and administrative projects is seeking to hire a **Procurement Engineer** with strong experience in sourcing, supplier management, and technical and financial proposal preparation. The position is based at the company’s head office in Riyadh.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **RFQs** and compile technical and financial comparisons for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best prices and terms.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on execution in coordination with technical and financial departments.
- Develop and regularly update the database of local and international suppliers.
- Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Contribute to improving procurement procedures and enhancing operational cost efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Architectural or related field).
- **5 to 8 years** of experience in procurement within contracting or consultancy firms.
- Proficiency in **ERP systems** and procurement management tools.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities and the capacity to work within multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
