Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Interior Designer for Decor with a strong passion for the marble industry to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer for Decor specializing in marble, you will be responsible for designing and decorating spaces that incorporate luxurious marble and stone elements, ensuring that each design exudes elegance, functionality, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
Marble Design Integration:
Design and create interior spaces that incorporate marble as a primary element, including flooring, countertops, walls, and custom-made features.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to specify marble and stone materials that align with design aesthetics and functional requirements.

Curate color palettes, patterns, and textures using marble to create sophisticated and timeless designs.

Client Consultation:
Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences, advising on marble options and interior decor that match their needs and budget.

Space Planning and Layout:
Create detailed layouts for interiors, taking into account the unique properties of marble, such as its weight, texture, and finish.

Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing while maintaining the functionality of marble installations, ensuring proper use and longevity of the material.

Project Management:
Oversee the selection, sourcing, and procurement of marble materials from trusted suppliers.

Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure the accurate and timely installation of marble elements, ensuring high-quality results.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure successful project delivery.

Trend Research and Innovation:
Research and suggest advanced techniques for cutting, finishing, and installing marble, ensuring the use of the most modern and efficient methods.

Design Presentation:
Develop compelling design presentations, including material samples, renderings, and specifications, to communicate design ideas clearly to clients.

Provide technical support and advice on the maintenance and care of marble materials to ensure longevity.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in interior design with a strong focus on marble or stone materials (residential and/or commercial projects).

**Skills**:Proficiency in interior design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).

Creativity and excellent attention to detail, with an eye for high-end materials and luxury design.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Interior Design (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED).

Experience in the marble industry or working directly with marble suppliers and manufacturers.
