In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with employees and management while fostering a culture of engagement and performance. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures and collaborate closely with leadership to implement effective HR strategies that support organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding their needs and providing HR support.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and action plans that align with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide coaching to line managers on effective resolution.
- Support recruitment efforts and talent acquisition initiatives to build a strong workforce.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance HR capabilities within the organization.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to inform HR strategies and improve employee engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and standard business software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
