As an HR Business Partner, you will provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures and collaborate closely with leadership to implement effective HR strategies that support organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding their needs and providing HR support.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and action plans that align with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide coaching to line managers on effective resolution.
- Support recruitment efforts and talent acquisition initiatives to build a strong workforce.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance HR capabilities within the organization.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to inform HR strategies and improve employee engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and standard business software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
