OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**: Provide Ma'aden with OD and related services that serve the overall strategy of the business including, but not limited to, providing advisory and consultation services, strategic direction and governance as well as designing and developing strategic OD initiatives **3. HSE targets Provide input to OD policy and procedures Assist to define OD quality assurance and governance standards and principles Assist to act as gatekeeper for any organisational changes proposed by the business Ensure O&D principles are applied consistently Review current organisational structures and identify optimisation opportunities Assist to design, update and maintain career architecture (linking job profiles to career paths) appropriate to Ma'aden current and future business requirements Assist to design, update and maintain job design, job family classification and job profiles appropriate to Ma'aden business current and future business requirements Provide input into job profile standards Collaborate closely with Specialists Compensation & Benefits to identify and clarify any impact of OD changes to Remuneration structures Review and verify job descriptions (comparing to career architecture, job profiles and OD principles) prior to coordinating job evaluation process Assist to review JE outcome and coordinate approval with [Manager: OD & Design]? Provide input into the Workforce Planning framework and methodology "Assist to support OD design projects across the company " Assist to conduct research and benchmarks into best practices in OD, WFP and Job Evaluation Support and implement workforce transition processes where relevant Assist to design and implement Strategic Workforce & Analytics Plan (SWAP) Participate to partner with business to design and implement Ma’aden’s HR policies, systems and programs, ensuring its competitiveness in the market to accelerate and optimize organizational performance and to overcome challenges Assist to unify and shape Ma’aden’s culture through standardizing policies across the Companies and assist to introduce contemporary policies to meet the Company’s growing needs **Leadership** 1.
