Qiddiya Investment Company is on the leading edge of developing a world-class entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for an Assistant Manager - IT Asset Infrastructure Delivery to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and management of IT assets and infrastructure that support our innovative projects and services.

As a crucial member of our IT department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technological assets are effectively utilized and aligned with our overall strategic objectives. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our IT systems, helping to drive efficiencies and enhance the user experience throughout the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of IT asset and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement asset management processes, tools, and workflows.
- Monitor asset inventory, utilization, and performance to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
- Provide regular reports on asset status, compliance, and performance metrics to management.
- Support the development of IT asset policies and procedures to enhance governance and risk management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely acquisition and support of IT assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT asset management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT asset management, infrastructure delivery, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT asset management practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing asset performance and value.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across teams and departments.
- Proficiency in asset management software and IT infrastructure tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in motorsports marketing or a closely related field, with a strong grasp of fan engagement and sponsorship activation
