**Job Summary**:
The Event Specialist is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing clients, participants, and exhibitors for various events, trade shows, and exhibitions. This role requires a strategic, results-driven individual who can build relationships, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful events. The Event Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the event reaches its exhibitor and participant capacity targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, participants, and exhibitors through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract businesses and individuals to participate in the events and exhibitions. Create and manage a pipeline of potential exhibitors, ensuring regular follow-up and engagement.Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to maximize participation.
- Sales & Negotiation: Promote event opportunities to potential exhibitors and clients, presenting the benefits of participation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sponsorship packages in collaboration with the management team.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor events, and potential new markets.
- Identify key industry players and decision-makers to target for participation. Analyze feedback and data from past events to improve exhibitor/participant acquisition strategies.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and event planning teams to align promotional campaigns with sales efforts.
- Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for exhibitors and participants, ensuring excellent service and support throughout the process.
- Maintain ongoing communication to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat participation in future events. Manage exhibitor and participant contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are adhered to.
- Event Promotion: Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and other exhibitions to promote the event and recruit potential exhibitors.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales progress, exhibitor acquisition status, and performance against targets.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor analysis, and client feedback to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or event management, preferably within exhibitions, trade shows, or large-scale events.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and sales.
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals with exhibitors or sponsors.
- Bilingual: Arabic/ English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and event management tools.
- Knowledge of event trends, industry players, and relevant markets.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Passion for events and networking.
- Strong understanding of event marketing and promotional strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
