We are looking for a senior manager for civil and architecture design with a strong experience of working at / with data center firms and telecoms firms or technology. The key focus of this role is to work with the technical team to provide technical solution for the civil record of civil and architecture design engineering. This person will be responsible for to provide best in class design solution for civil and architecture design. **Responsibilities ** Engage customers professionally and effectively to understand their requirements and to consult, design and propose winning solutions. Collaborate with technical team. Collaborate with multiple teams across region in various functions, including but not limited to sales, design, construction, critical operation, and asset management teams to deliver data center capacity to customer. To lead, prepare, and submit quality solution proposal based on RFP documents received from customer and ensure compliance to technical requirements and specifications. To analyze customer technical requirements and make comparison with market trends for optimized solution. Establish internal project briefs, project procurement and contracting strategy, long-lead equipment procurement buy-out, analyze project risks and develop project timelines based on agreed solution with the customer. Prepare and submit reports to Management and Group for approval. Manage and organize design review meetings between customer and internal stakeholders to finalize the design solution for implementation. Manage internal stakeholders to identify and establish overall project delivery schedule for project implementation to meet customer timeline. Manage and implement the agreed solution by customer from contract execution, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover to critical operations and assets management teams. Tackle solution challenges arising from project implementation and work with internal stakeholders to resolve them on a timely basis. Manage assigned accounts and provide backup coverage for the team. Should be able to perform 3D model as required, Data Centre in Steel Structure design, Schedule & Quantity of project (BOQ), 2D Reinforcement as per required, all required civil and architecture design. Should be able to conduct feasibility study aligned to customer RFP. Feasibility study includes physical assessment of space and power using internal teams / external consultants. Preparation of response to customer’s RFI and RFPs Devising and formulating project delivery strategies; conducting risk analysis, value engineering analysis and facilitating inputs at all stages. Requirements At least 7 years of experience in civil and architecture design, with a proven track record in data center. Strong understanding of data center technologies and solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals. Fluency in English Possess an understanding of facility Uptime availability and tier standards.
