**Your tasks**:

- Ensuring the project and service objectives and success of customer projects and service level agreements in terms of deadlines, cost control, quality and customer satisfaction
- Leadership, management of the team in all project and service phases and developing the skills and competencies of the project and service team R&S Saudi Arabia
- Coordination of all stakeholders within the projects and service agreements inside and outside of the company
- Implementation and management of all customer projects and services within Saudi Arabia and, depending on resources and capacity utilization, also in the region of Middle East and Africa
- Operational implementation, assurance and further development of the project management framework in accordance with the specifications and guidelines of the company and the regional Project Management Office
- Responsibility for achieving commercial objectives in accordance with the company's operational requirements and needs which includes the reporting, project calculation and planning of turnover in the direction of the management

**Your qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Electronic, Network or Communication technology, or a comparable field
- Many years of experience in project management in one or more of the following areas: telecommunications systems for defense, security and aviation solutions
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar field
- Proven leadership experience or ability to motivate, develop and engage teams in an international environment to achieve high performance results
- Extensive experience and expertise in managing projects based on the systems engineering model for integrating different technologies and cross-functional matrix organizations
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Driven for results and highly oriented to teamwork and group collaboration
