**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) guidelines.
- Manage the year-end closing process, ensuring timely submission of financial reports.

**General Ledger & Reconciliations**:

- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries and adjustments.

**Tax Compliance**:

- Manage the preparation and submission of Zakat and VAT returns in compliance with GAZT (General Authority of Zakat and Tax) regulations.
- Assist in tax audits and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor actual performance against the budget and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

**Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and payments.
- Resolve any discrepancies and maintain accurate aging reports.

**Internal Controls**:

- Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responses to auditor inquiries.

**Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor and manage cash flows, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
- Assist in managing banking relationships and financial facilities (if applicable).

**Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability, cost control, and expense management.
- Prepare financial reports and present key insights to senior management.

**Team Supervision**:

- Supervise junior accountants and provide training and mentorship.
- Review the work of accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

**ERP & Accounting Software**:

- Manage the implementation and maintenance of the company's ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, QuickBooks).
- Ensure the integrity of financial data in the system and coordinate with IT for any upgrades or issues.

**Compliance & Regulatory Updates**:

- Stay updated on changes to tax laws, SOCPA guidelines, and IFRS regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Implement necessary changes to accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years accounting experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems Odoo and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Zakat, and VAT regulations.
- Experience with Saudi tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
