**PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB**

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS**
- Perform accounting activities including reviewing, analysing, and clearing balance sheets GL accounts.
- Support in preparation of VAT and WHT returns submitted to ZATCA.
- Prepare required monthly periodic reports and discuss them with the BU managers.
- Monitor Employees’ company-owned assets and prepare asset addition and deletion forms.
- Support in financial statement preparation.
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
- Assist with quarterly and annual audits.
- Support the Senior Accountant / Supervisor in various accounting tasks.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of handling online banking, VAT, WHT, and Zakat.
- Experience with ERP systems or accounting systems (Preferably Zoho)
- Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Good skills in management and teamwork.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Understanding of Visual Basic - Preferable).
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to all staff levels within a company.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Valid and Transferable Iqama
