- Review and evaluate design deliverables, ensuring that they meet project goals, quality standards, and schedule.
- Manage design-related issues, risks, and opportunities, ensuring that they are identified, assessed, and managed effectively.
- Ensure that all design-related activities comply with project standards, policies, and procedures, as well as local and international regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that design deliverables are properly integrated into project plans and schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in design management for large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of design processes and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
- Proven track record of successfully managing design processes for large infrastructure projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and schedule.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Willingness to work on a demanding project schedule and to relocate to North West Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project.
