We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our team at Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy focused on providing outstanding recruitment solutions. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the execution of contracts related to the Construction & Infrastructure industry
- Ensure that all contract terms and conditions are met by all parties involved
- Maintain positive relations with all stakeholders involved in the contracts
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that all contract requirements are fulfilled
- Negotiate contract terms and propose modifications if necessary
- Ensure that all contract-related documents are properly filed and stored
- Prepare reports and present them to management regarding contract compliance, progress, and performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Legal Studies, or Engineering
- Proven experience in Contracts Administration in the Construction & Infrastructure Industry
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and other stakeholders
