**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for heavy equipment rentals in the Saudi market
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Negotiate rental contracts, terms, and pricing with clients in line with company policies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients when required
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, client feedback, and forecasts to management
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote the company’s services
- Travel across regions for client visits and on-site meetings as required

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in rental sales within the **heavy equipment or construction** industry (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of the **Saudi Arabian market**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English & Arabic Languages.
- **Valid Saudi driving license**:

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
