The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food dishes. This includes ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards, as well as helping to maintain a clean and organized kitchen. The Demi Chef de Partie will also be responsible for training junior staff members in basic cooking techniques.

- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality food dishes
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Train junior staff members in basic cooking techniques
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies when necessary
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role
- Proven experience in preparing high quality dishes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
