**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the overall MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of multiple construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure MEP design and installation meets project requirements
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Monitor and review MEP designs and specifications, providing technical guidance and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure MEP installations are executed in accordance with approved designs and specifications
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to effectively communicate project progress, risks, and change orders
- Manage MEP subcontractors, ensuring proper coordination, execution, and documentation of work

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP project management within the civil engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of international MEP standards, codes, and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully delivering MEP projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Saudi nationals are preferred
