**About Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join the team that creates new complex solutions for government clients from the Middle East.

**Your impact**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic initiatives
- Create and document data models, processes, and methodologies
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and data analysis tools and techniques

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
- Experience with data manipulation and ETL processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python, R) is a plus
- Relevant certifications in data analysis or analytics are a plus
