The opportunity
An exciting opportunity to be a part of our facilities management business that provides interrogated facilities management services for a leading global manufacturer, managing sites across KSA.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced facilities administrator to work on the first line and liaise with our client as well as being responsible for the booking, management of contractors, tracking and reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the facilities manager in managing the smooth running of our contracted sites.
- Supporting account management, invoice processing and proactively manage all contractors and suppliers. Ensuring all services are carried out in accordance to the contract service agreement. Maintain contractor health and safety documents.
- Engaging and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. To challenge and influence decisions while still achieving the best outcome for the business. Delivering on commitments while ensuring delivery of effective communication.
- Overseeing daily operations and be the first point of contact for all enquires around facilities and client experience.
- Ensuring all asset, contractor and compliance data is captured and that all documentation is accessible centrally, accurate and current in the CAFM system to enable real-time reporting.
- Utilising the asset management CAFM request system for work order management and prioritisation.
About you
You have a relevant degree qualification. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a variety of stakeholders at different levels.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships. You will have a facilities management or office services background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
