We would like to offer you the position of Sales Representative, Diabetes. The Sales Representative will report to Senior Sales Manager, Diabetes and will be responsible to promote Medtronic products within an assigned territory with new devices installations to the patients. Other responsibilities include developing, and strengthening business relationships with stakeholders including physicians, key opinion leaders, nurses and purchasers.

**A Day in the Life**
- Promotion Medtronic's products within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Works to achieve individual sales targets within a geographic area by developing new customers and/ or expanding existing accounts.
- Responsible for building, developing, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including physicians, key opinion leaders, diabetes nurse educators, and purchasers.
- Develops and implements market development plans and strategies and establishes education of the company's products and/or services and support the business in their activities.
- Actively looking for initiatives and execution tools that ensure and maximize the growth in therapy penetration.
- Communicate customer feedback on a new product and manages and respond to customer concerns and problems.
- Provide feedback of marketing intelligence and input on new markets, new products introduction, and existing products or supplies to sales and marketing management business unit.
- Arranges demonstration of products, planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing ongoing sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
- Educate and follow-up on patients regarding all the technical aspects of Medtronic Diabetes Technology including Continuous Insulin Infusion and Continuous Glucose Monitoring.
- Train and follow-up on Diabetes Nurse Educators regarding all the technical aspects of Medtronic Diabetes Technology including Continuous Insulin Infusion and Continuous Glucose Monitoring.

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree required preferable medical degree biomedical, nutritionist, pharmacistetc
- 0-2 years of experience required with an introductory knowledge of company products and services
- Willingness to travel 60% of the time
- Good command of English in writing and in speech

**Nice to Haves**
- Knowledge of the medical diabetic equipment
