Alpha Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company committed to providing innovative and high-quality healthcare products, seeks a highly motivated individual to join us as a Medical Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of Alpha Pharma products.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers through market research and networking.
- Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and activities using our CRM system.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent Alpha Pharma and network with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback from customers to the marketing and product development teams to improve products and services. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel 30% - 40% extensively within the assigned territory. Professional appearance and demeanor.
