Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming payments.-
- Handle deductions and assess credit risk to minimize potential financial losses.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital and improve cash flow.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AR and working capital.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and support business growth.- Prepare regular financial reports and present findings to senior management.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.- Lead and mentor a team of AR clerks, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and working capital management.- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent.- Experience in the engineering or construction industry.- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and practices.
