- Provide support for internal and external audit processes and ensure the availability of required financial documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of practical accounting experience, with at least two years in a Senior Accountant role in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS or GAAP) and accounting standards related to the construction industry.
- Experience managing complex project accounts and ensuring cost accuracy.
- Excellent proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Odoo (Odoo experience is preferred).
- Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to solve project-related cost issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive teams and contractors.
