Project Manager Site Readiness

**Principal Objective: A brief summary of the responsibilities of the position**

Project Manager provides a consistent and standard framework in creating and implementing readiness plans, responsible for facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across the Lifecycle Service organization by streamlining communication and business processes to achieve overall service excellence.

- Analyze an organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify any areas that need improvements within the organization and projects
- Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions
- Create reports regarding strategies for review by senior management, department’s manager and director
- Keep track of the effectiveness of strategies and make changes when necessary
- Developing strategic plans and assessing company performance based on the Strategic Plan established by the client
- Accumulates and assesses historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.
- Deliver project management support on complex benefit initiatives, including translating business needs into project plans, gathering customer requirements, conducting impact assessments, and defining milestones, timelines, deliverables and quality standards.
- Develop and execute change management strategies for benefits delivery and operational activities, including launching and integrating new or modified benefits plans, processes and vendors.
- Define and monitor benefits administration Critical to Quality (CTQs) metrics, perform root cause analysis on defects and implement remediating actions.
- Identify and help resolve issues, including providing support and guidance to employee escalations on benefit related topics, and working with internal employee support teams to manage appeals and exceptions.
- Ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes, develop and drive appropriate solution
- Review of all project construction documents and assist with the coordination and tracking of the Operation Readiness (OR) timeline and construction master schedule.
- Establish working relationships, providing direct communications with stakeholders, including airlines and government agencies regarding OR workshops, trials, simulations and other activities.
- Participate and document the OR Steering Committee Meetings with key decision makers to report and track OR progress and develop and present PPT presentations.
- Develop transition plan for all stakeholders, including government agencies, coordinate and direct the relocation to the new facilities.
- Assist in budget tracking, monitoring and variance reporting.
- Ensure readiness of operation in the new facilities prior to opening.

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 15 years of experience in a comparable position
- Professional registration like PMP is a significant advantage.
- Incumbent must meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
- Excellent English is written and oral communications skills.
- In-depth and strong knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required.
