We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to join our team. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project specifications and requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
Evaluate subcontractor bids and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Maintain a database of costs and provide insights for future projects.
Assist in preparing proposals and tender documents.
Monitor and update estimates as project changes occur.
Participate in project meetings to provide input on budgetary matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
