**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for all project phases, including conceptual, schematic design, detailed design, and construction.
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to assess costs and project deliverables.
- Conduct cost forecasting and prepare monthly reports on project costs, variances, and trends.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify cost-reduction opportunities and improve efficiency without compromising quality.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to support competitive bidding processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and local regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost estimation or cost engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficient in cost estimation software and tools.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and materials.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
