**Job Description**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues.
- Lead and oversee PMC Projects which include managing the following;
- Defining the project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Managing Project Plans, Schedules, and Work Execution
- Managing and tracking project progress, performance, and milestones, identifying and resolving issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Manage and motivate project teams, providing coaching and mentorship as needed.
- Facilitate and minute project meetings and communications.
- Manager project status reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders
- Negotiate and resolve conflict among project team members and other stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 20 years' experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Mixed-use project experience is a must
- Extensive experience managing PMC projects, teams, and budgets, as well as a proven ability to deliver results on time
