Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Project Manager (Facade). **to join our team in NEOM The LINE. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage all aspects of a large-scale construction project.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all construction activities for the project
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project staff, including supervision of project managers, site supervisors, and construction workers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion and budget compliance Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including regular updates on project status, issues, and resolution

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- **Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction management, t **echnical and Construction Experience - Its 70% Preconstruction( Technical) and 30% site role( construction)**:

- Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects, with a track record of on-time, on-budget completion
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the construction industry
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- **Someone has experience in Glazing Façade and other materials like copper.**
