Job Opportunity: Procedure & Charter Development Analyst
We are currently looking for a Procedure & Charter Development Analyst for our Program Delivery Office based in Al Ula. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
The Procedure and Charter Development Analyst is a key role within the Al Ula Program Delivery Office (PDO). The individual will support process integration across multiple organizations, drive process improvement, champion knowledge transfer planning and execution.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing and analyzing the existing program processes
- Undertaking stakeholder engagement workshops
- Supporting implementation of new processes
- Documenting Standard Operating Procedures
- Monitoring procedure compliance and efficiency

Knowledge Transfer
- Documenting and monitoring a knowledge transfer process

Charter Management
- Documenting a Project Charter development process
- Training and supporting Project Managers in delivery of Project Charters
- Gaining buy-in and alignment on project charters
- Monitoring and reporting on Project Charter status

Key Requirements
- 5 years' experience with 3 years on similar projects
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in Management Consulting preferred
- Competent with MS Office
- Understanding of project and program delivery
- Experience in PMC or PDO preferable
- Arabic speaking and writing an advantage
