As a Operations and Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our Digital Line of Service to ensure the best efficiency within the Operations practice and support Client Development activities.

**Key responsibilities and objectives**:

- Developing and implementing project management standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects
- Maintaining a centralized repository of project information, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports, to enable effective decision-making and resource allocation
- Monitoring and controlling project performance to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Conducting project audits and assessments to evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Managing project portfolios to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, strategic goals, and resource constraints
- Managing project-related documentation, such as project charters, requirements, design documents, test plans, and user manuals, to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
- Conducting research and development activities to identify and implement emerging project management methodologies, tools, and technologies to improve project outcomes and increase organizational efficiency
- Collaborating with project managers and team members to identify common project management challenges and opportunities for improvement and incorporating this feedback into the manuals and charters
- Developing templates and guidelines for creating project charters and manuals that ensure consistency, completeness, and alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Reviewing and updating the manuals and charters periodically to ensure that they reflect the latest industry standards and best practices, as well as organizational changes and lessons learned from previous projects
- Incorporating feedback from project stakeholders into the manuals and charters to ensure that they remain relevant and useful over time
- Ensuring that the manuals and charters are aligned with other organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote consistency and coherence across all areas of the organization
- Understanding client needs and expectations through regular communication and feedback channels
- Ensuring that all communication with clients is timely, accurate, and respectful
- Building trust with clients by being transparent about project progress, risks, and issues and providing regular updates on project status
- Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the client organization to facilitate communication and collaboration
- Offering value-added services and expertise that go beyond the scope of the project to demonstrate the organization's commitment to client success
- Conducting regular client satisfaction surveys to assess the quality of services and identify areas for improvement
- Incorporating client feedback into project management processes and practices to continuously improve the quality of services

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in delivering different operational and developmental aspects within Project environment;
- Bachelor’s degree is a must, preferred specializations include Operations Management, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in account management and client service;
- Experience in team building and management;
- Experience in process improvements and optimization;
- Experience in managing stakeholders of different levels.
