Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Project Director for Utilities, ICT, and Fiber Optics. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of projects related to utilities, information and communication technology (ICT), and fiber optics within the Qiddiya development. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our utility and communication infrastructure meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation, contributing to Qiddiya's transformative vision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of projects related to utilities, ICT, and fiber optics.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including utility providers and technology vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to address challenges.
- Foster a culture of innovation, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Oversee the integration of ICT solutions into utility planning and other infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing updates on project statuses, challenges, and successes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Constructions Management or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in project management with specific experience with utilities, ICT, or fibre optics
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large scale projects from conception through to completion.
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, ICT infrastructure, and fiber optics technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
