**Responsibilities**:
**Planning/Scheduling**:
Develop and maintain project schedules, including baseline schedules, progress updates, and critical path analyses to monitor project progress and

**Budget & Cost**:
Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, budget forecasts, and earned value analyses to track project costs and control expenditures.

**Risk Management**:
Identify schedule variances.

Conduct risk assessments and analyses to identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

**Reporting**:
Functionally manage project/cost controls resources, including staff assignments/requirements, performance reviews, training, and development.

**Functional Guidance**:
Prepare status reports, oversee monthly reports, and create presentations regarding project progress.

Performance Management:
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assess project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM). I

**Document Control**:
Manage project documents to ensure accuracy, up-to-date status, and accessibility to all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, construction management.
- 20+ years of experience in project controls, with a focus on large-scale projects in real estate or construction.
- Demonstrated experience leading project control teams and driving project success.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and control software.
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar are advantageous.
- Proven Track of overseeing large-Scale constructions projects
