Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a Director of Project Controls to join our dynamic team. This leadership role is critical for ensuring that our ambitious projects are delivered effectively and efficiently. As the Director of Project Controls, you will be at the forefront of developing robust project control frameworks, overseeing budget management, and enhancing scheduling practices. Your expertise will play a vital role in turning our vision of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia into reality.

**Responsibilities**:
**Planning/Scheduling**:
Develop and maintain project schedules, including baseline schedules, progress updates, and critical path analyses to monitor project progress and

**Budget & Cost**:
Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, budget forecasts, and earned value analyses to track project costs and control expenditures.

**Risk Management**:
Identify schedule variances.

Conduct risk assessments and analyses to identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

**Reporting**:
Functionally manage project/cost controls resources, including staff assignments/requirements, performance reviews, training, and development.

**Functional Guidance**:
Prepare status reports, oversee monthly reports, and create presentations regarding project progress.

Performance Management:
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assess project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM). I

**Document Control**:
Manage project documents to ensure accuracy, up-to-date status, and accessibility to all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, construction management.
- 20+ years of experience in project controls, with a focus on large-scale projects in real estate or construction.
- Demonstrated experience leading project control teams and driving project success.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and control software.
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar are advantageous.
- Proven Track of overseeing large-Scale constructions projects
