**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of innovative IT asset infrastructure strategies.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and develop solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Monitor IT asset performance and utilization, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain accurate documentation for IT asset management processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to inform infrastructure strategies.
- Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure asset compliance and performance.
- Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives in IT asset management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in IT asset management or infrastructure design.
- Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and infrastructure best practices.
- Proficient analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Exceptional communication abilities to work within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with IT asset management tools and software.
- A proactive approach to adapting in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
