Key Responsibilities:

- Drive execution of MAF strategy for Oncology and Hematology therapy area in KSA
- Responsible to ensure teams are trained on medical content

Deploying our MAF Strategy across TAs
- Develop KSA Medical Educations Strategy, coordinate execution with the MSLs
- Strategic data generation planning and execution
- Scientific partner with external community, coordinate KOL Engagement
- Support medical lead for the material review
- Support compliance lead for the PV, DHCPL, RMP, ARMA, CARMA
- Support early access programs

- Establish strong, highly collaborative relationships with other Maintains collaborative working relationship between medical affairs and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and expert support to the therapy areas.

- Patient engagement UNIQUE TO EMERGING MARKETS - Remain steady and positive in leading through VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity). Ability to lead in greater ambiguity

- Experience in Emerging markets or Developed markets
- Experience working in the pharma or healthcare segment and knowledge of pharma brands
- Experience in Medical affairs specially in the mentioned TAs
